How to order through HubbuyCN: the whole sequence

Two payments, one warehouse stop in the middle, and a storage window that makes consolidation possible. Nothing here is unusual once you have done it once, but the two payment moments surprise people, so they are worth knowing up front.

Steps

From link to doorstep

Screens below are the real interface, captured on the official tutorial pages. Any amount visible in them is the operator example, not a quote for you.

  1. Find the item and copy its link

    On the finds catalogue, open the item you want and copy the marketplace address. One product page, not a search and not a shop.

  2. Paste it into HubbuyCN and pick your options

    The listing opens inside HubbuyCN with colour and size selectors, the seller price, and a two step payment strip showing which leg you are paying for now. Check the size row against the chart before you commit.

  3. Pay the first time, for goods and domestic shipping

    This covers the item and the seller shipping inside China. HubbuyCN then buys it in its own name. Several payment channels are offered, each with its own handling fee shown at the point of choice.

  4. Wait for the warehouse, then look at the photographs

    The seller ships to the HubbuyCN warehouse in Guangdong. On arrival the item is checked for appearance and photographed at no charge, and the official homepage states 300 days of free storage from that point.

  5. Submit a waybill for everything you want in one box

    Pick the items, pick a route, and the system quotes from the real weight and volume. This is the moment consolidation pays: four sellers become one international parcel.

  6. Pay the second time, for the parcel

    The waybill separates the freight from the service fee and any insurance you chose, so you can see what you are paying for rather than one lump sum.

  7. Receive it, and check it on the day

    Inspect the parcel before you sign where you can, and photograph anything wrong immediately. Claims have deadlines, and the official receiving guidelines set out what to do if the box arrives damaged or resealed.

Already bought it

If the seller already shipped to you in China

There is a second door. Forwarding is for parcels you ordered yourself and had sent to the HubbuyCN warehouse address. You declare what is in the box, the courier and the tracking number, and from there it joins the same storage and consolidation flow.

It is the right choice when you already have a seller you trust and only need the international leg.
